Video To Photo Privacy Policy

KALLOSSOFT.COM S.R.L. built the Video To Photo app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by KALLOSSOFT.COM S.R.L. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY USING OUR APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE OUR APPLICATION. THIS PRIVACY POLICY MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICES AFTER WE MAKE CHANGES IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Video To Photo unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Video processing

Our app performs all video-to-photo processing entirely on your device. Your videos and extracted photos are not uploaded to our servers and do not leave your device as part of processing. Processing does not require an internet connection and works in Airplane mode. Input videos and output photos remain under your control in your device's local storage and can be deleted by you at any time through the app or your device's file manager.

We do not access, collect, store, or share the content of your videos or photos during video-to-photo extraction.

Photo enhancement (Android only)

On Android, the app additionally offers an optional cloud-based photo enhancement feature that uses AI to improve the quality of extracted photos. This feature is not available on iOS — on iOS, every operation in the app (including any photo processing) happens entirely on your device and no images leave your device.

When you choose to enhance a photo on Android, the selected image is uploaded over the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to our processing servers, enhanced, and the result is downloaded back to your local device. This feature requires an active internet connection and cannot work offline (i.e. Airplane mode). After cloud processing is done, the enhanced images are downloaded to your local device and the uploaded source images and outputs are permanently removed from our servers periodically every hour. We do not use your images to train AI models and we do not share them with third parties beyond the processing infrastructure required to deliver the enhancement.

Third party

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
