Welcome to Huggable: Hugging AI Photos, a service provided by KallosSoft.com S.R.L., collectively referred to as "KallosSoft," "Product," "Service," "Application," "we," "our," and "us".

Your privacy is important to us, so the goal of this policy is to be transparent about what information KallosSoft collects, uses, and shares.

By using the Application, you consent to the use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

KALLOSSOFT.COM S.R.L. built the application Huggable: Hugging AI Photos as a free app. The application may offer optional subscription-based features. If enabled, subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information directly.


Information Collection and Use

Photos for AI Processing

Our AI-generated photo processing service requires an internet connection, either Wi-Fi or mobile data, and does not work offline, such as in Airplane mode. Before uploading, photos are compressed to improve speed and reduce data usage.

Once processed, the AI-generated images are downloaded only to your local device. User-uploaded images are stored anonymously on our servers for 24 hours to prioritize user privacy and allow for troubleshooting if needed. After this period, they are permanently deleted from our servers. Because photos are stored anonymously, they cannot be linked to any individual user.

The images you upload are used only for AI processing and are never shared with third parties.

If you delete the app, all generated images will be deleted from the app. These deletions are permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your generated images, save them to your local device before deleting the app.

You can revoke our app's access to your camera or gallery at any time by going to your device settings, selecting our app, and toggling the camera or gallery permission to off.


Sharing and Saving Functionality

Our app allows users to share and save AI-generated photos. When using the Share feature, content is shared through third-party apps, and we do not collect, store, or process shared content. The Save feature stores AI-generated images directly on your device, and these files are not uploaded, stored, or shared with us or any third party. Both features are fully managed by the user.


Face Data

Our app uses face detection technology to generate AI photos, which is essential for the core functionality of the app. When a user uploads a photo, it is securely processed on our server, where facial key points are detected only for the purpose of generating the AI photos.

We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification, and the data is not used for authentication, tracking, or profiling. The uploaded image and any face detection data are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours after completion. We do not store, retain, or share any face data with third parties.


Data Retention

User-uploaded images and facial key point data are stored temporarily for up to 24 hours solely for processing and troubleshooting purposes. After this period, all data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. No personal identifiers are linked to these images.


Contact Information

If you contact us for support, feedback, or feature requests, we will receive your email address and use it only for responding to your inquiry. We do not share this personal information with any third parties.


Device ID

To ensure fair use and prevent system abuse, we collect anonymous device IDs. This data is fully anonymous and used only for counting the number of AI-generated images.


Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to better understand how users interact with our app. Google Analytics collects information such as your device type, operating system, usage data, and interactions within the app. This information is anonymized and used to monitor app performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall user experience.

Google Analytics may use cookies or other identifiers to track user behavior.

Advertising and AdMob

If enabled, this app may use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device information and interaction data to display personalized or non-personalized ads.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.


Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. We do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to users under the age of 18.
