The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
KALLOSSOFT.COM S.R.L. built the application Headshot - AI Photo Generator as a Subscription Supported app. It is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Information Collection and Use
Photos to process
Our photo processing service is happening online which uses internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and it cannot work offline (i.e. Airplane mode). Before uploading, the photos are being compressed, making it faster, using less mobile data. After the process is done, these processed photos are downloaded only to your local device, stored for six hours on our servers, and after that we permanently removed them from our servers.
The photo taken by the user is uploaded to our servers in order to start the AI headshot generation. We prioritize user privacy, thus these uploaded photos are stored anonymously on our servers, in other words it's technically impossible to link the photo to the author. We do not disclose your photos, which you have uploaded for processing, to any third-party services. After the generation is finished, these photos are retained for up to six hours for troubleshooting purposes, and then permanently removed from our servers.
If you delete the app, all generated images by this app are going to be deleted. Please be aware that these deletion actions are permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed. If you want to access these generated images, save them to your local device before deleting the app.
You can revoke our app’s access to your camera at any time by going to the 'Settings' app on your mobile device, selecting our app, and toggling the camera permission to 'off'
Face data
Our app uses face detection technology to generate the AI headshot, which is needed for the core functionality of our app. The user's photo is securely uploaded to our server, where the facial key points are detected and used solely for the purpose of generating the AI headshot. We do not store or collect face data, and we do not share any face data with third parties. Additionally, we do not use face recognition technology, ensuring the highest level of privacy and security for our users.
Contact information
In case you will contact us for any reason (getting support, requesting a new style, giving feedback), we will receive your email address and we will use your email address only for the purpose of replying to your message. We don't share this personal information with any other parties.
Device Id
To make sure that this system is not abused, we collect the device id. This data is fully anonymous and not used for any other purpose than counting your processes.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
