Your access to and use of the Application is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and those who wish to access or use the Application. By using or accessing the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not access the Application.

You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

End User License

We hereby grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use a copy of the application on a permitted device of yours, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Generate, upload, or share images that misrepresent personal identity, appearance, or attributes in a deceptive manner.
• Use AI-generated color analysis results for fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Share content that violates privacy or defames individuals or entities.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Send unsolicited advertisements, spam, or any form of disruptive content.

Respect Others

You must not:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Create or share misleading content using the app's AI-generated results.

Legal Use Only

The app must be used for lawful purposes only. Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities. International users must comply with local laws regarding online conduct and content.

Content Guidelines

• By using this app, you affirm that all content you create, share, or upload complies with these terms and is not objectionable, harmful, or deceptive.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the explicit consent of any individuals whose likeness or attributes are used in any AI-generated content.
• Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in restricted access, termination of use, or potential legal consequences.

Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions relating to the Application submitted to us shall become our property. We will not be liable for any, including without limitation, product, application, site, services, or advertising ideas and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in the Application or operations in the future. Without limitation, we will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Ideas of every kind and nature everywhere and will be entitled to use the Ideas for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person submitting the Ideas. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you send, and you, not us, have full responsibility for the message, including its reliability, legality, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Application. We may also terminate these Terms with you at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any time to terminate or block your use of our Application for any reason, including, without limitation, if you have failed to comply with these Terms. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your use of our Application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Application.
